베이징 개정 채택과 HCFC 생산 규제 도입

대체 냉매로 널리 쓰이던 HCFC에 생산 통제를 추가하고 비당사국과의 관련 무역을 제한한 개정. 브로모클로로메탄을 새 규제물질로 포함하여 기존 물질을 다른 오존층 파괴물질로 대체하는 문제에도 대응한 조치. 2002년 2월 25일 발효했으며 한국은 2004년 1월 9일 수락한 경과.
